Further information about specific support elements:
- ict forum wales
promotional brochure
The brochure will be produced in September for distribution in October, with approximately 20,000 to be produced. The size makes it ideal for mailshots given that it will fit in a DL sized envelope.
Copies will also be issued to supporters, event partners and venues. All events will be listed, separated by business, community and education. Supporters will be represented by logo, therefore a high
resolution image is required for printing.
ict forum wales
publication
The publication will be developed in house and will be printed in a newspaper format. This will also be produced in September for distribution in October, with approximately 100,000 produced. The
publication will be distributed soon after the brochure, and will be sent via a wider mailshot, with copies issued to supporters, event partners and venues. All events will be listed in the centre pages,
with the rest of the publication made up of interviews and articles from supporters, speakers and partner organisations, together with advertising from the wider business community. Event supporters
will be represented by logo, therefore a high resolution image is required for printing.
promotional stands
Event supporters may use one promotional display stand at their supported event (the Business Partner Package includes stands at the key events - see Note 7). Promotional stands must be no wider
than 1m, therefore pull up roller banner stands are recommended.
delegate packs
Event supporters may include one piece of literature in the delegate pack for their supported day (the Business Partner Package entitles supporters to include literature at every business event).
Literature must be no larger than A4.
