World of Retailing site is "designed to provide information and support for developing retailing and retail management professionalism, education and research." The site is essentially a resource guide, providing information for students, teachers, researchers and professionals.

BATR
Extensive and informative website from the the British Association of Toy Retailers.

Chain Store Age
Chain Store Age is a US based monthly news magazine aimed at all major segments of retailing.

Institute of Grocery Distribution
IGD aims to be "the leading source of information, research and education for the food & grocery industry." The site offers free factsheets on the grocery industry, for example on small food producers and UK retail market shares. Top grocery and industry stories from the newspapers are featured on the site.

Business & Retail Crime
The Home Office is providing funding of £15m over three years for a project to improve security of small retailers in the most deprived areas throughout England and Wales. The money will be used to help small retailers enhance security of their premises by installing additional locks or toughened glass, or may be used to make improvements to their immediate environments.
