Welsh small business going for gold
A small business set up by three school friends from Wales ten years ago has been shortlisted for the prize of Welsh Small Business of the Year.
Based in Neath, Call of the Wild is a team building and management development company that has gone from strength to strength since
its development in 1998.
It is now one the biggest in its field in the UK, boasting a client base including Orange, the BBC, Vodafone and BMW, according to a company press release.
Having won the Wales Tourist Board Team Building Company of the Year 2007, the firm has now been nominated for another prestigious award, alongside two other finalists.
The winner, to be decided by an independent panel of judges who are experts in the business fields, will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Cardiff International Arena on May 23rd.
Call of the Wild Director Mark Soanes said: "It is always reassuring to know that our work is being recognised and the contribution we make to the local economy is not underestimated."
Other categories in the Western Mail Business Awards for Wales include Welsh Company of the Year, Business Achiever of the
Year and Young Business Achiever of the Year.
