In this demo-packed session, you can learn about some of the new features in Visual Studio 2008, ranging from innovative language features such as LINQ (Language Integrated Query) to new data
tools such as the ADO.NET Sync Services - passing through many, many more in between. There will also be the opportunity to pick up some free copies of software and other launch "memorabilia"!
Andy Wigley runs a mobile application development and consulting company and
is a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Device Application
Development. He is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences such as
Microsoft TechEd and MEDC and is co-author of several books, including
Microsoft Mobile Development Handbook, published in May 2007 by Microsoft
Press, Building Microsoft ASP.NET Applications for Mobile Devices, Second Edition, and Microsoft .NET Compact Framework Core Reference.
