About the speakers:

Richard Sheppard
established Draig in 1999. Draig Technology started as a bespoke software development company in Wales; it now has offices in Cardiff, South Wales and Bangor, North Wales.
Draig deliver software solutions to business and the public sector and are Microsoft Gold Partners specialising in CRM, Systems Integration, Bespoke Development and are leaders in bilingual and multilingual software solutions. Andrew Rosewarne has recently implemented a CRM System for Technium CAST. He will speak briefly on the offerings in the market, the criteria CAST used to make their choice and the decision making process. He will discuss the value the implementation has added to the CAST organisation, usage patterns and the strengths & weaknesses of the chosen option.
