IT Wales is pleased to announce an extension to its services. Working in partnership with Prosper Recruitment we are now able to offer companies a bureau service, providing you with highly skilled staff to fulfil your short or long term recruitment needs.

How does it work?

We can offer you a selection of highly skilled/qualified candidates for both short and long-term recruitment needs. Flexibility is essential for every business and through this service, you can adjust your workforce to meet the current demands of your marketplace.

The company contacts IT Wales to discuss their needs
An agreement is drawn up with regard to pay levels, length of employment etc
CVs of suitable candidates shown to the employer
Employer interviews candidates and makes the selection
Contract between IT Wales and the employer is agreed and signed
Successful candidate starts work.

What will it cost?

Depending on the level of skills required, hourly fees including wages start from Ł9 per hour.
